What we collect

When you submit the quote form on this site we collect the name, phone number, job street address, city, state, and ZIP code you enter, and which service you asked about. We also record the campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) present in the page address, so we know which advertisement or link brought you here, along with the time of submission.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and carry out work you ask us to do. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who processes it

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are sent from our server to a lead-handling system operated by Two Dot Media, the agency that builds and maintains this site for Alpha Chip Seal, so the request reaches us reliably. Those providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site, for example which pages are viewed and whether the call button or quote form was used. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your browser, device, approximate location, and pages visited. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Our host, Cloudflare, also measures page load performance with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

Spam protection

This site is protected by reCAPTCHA v3 and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. reCAPTCHA loads on the page that carries our quote form when you start filling it in, and looks at how the page is used there, so it can score whether a submission is automated. It collects hardware and software information from your browser and sends it to Google. It does not run on this policy page. If reCAPTCHA cannot confirm a submission, the form asks you to tick a reCAPTCHA checkbox before it sends.

Address suggestions

When you type in the job street address field, the characters you type are sent to Google Maps Platform to suggest matching addresses, and the address you pick fills in the city, state, and ZIP code. Google processes this under the Google Privacy Policy. You can also type the address yourself without picking a suggestion.

Retention

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to quote, perform, and account for the work. Ask us and we will delete yours.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Call (210) 303-3584.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
